Return Policy

Return Policy - Returns are accepted in accordance with the following:

• Customer must contact us within 10 days from the time you RECEIVED your order to inform us that you’d like to return a purchase.
• Customer must use adequate packing material must be used to ensure the product is not damaged. Product that has been damaged on the return trip will not qualify for refund.
• Products must not have been used in order to return.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and original shipping cost.
• Customer returns only accepted on non-food items.
• Customer must use a prepaid trackable means of return shipping.
