We now GUARANTEE to ship your order within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)! For example, if you order on Wednesday, we will have your order shipped by Friday at the latest. Most continental US orders take 3 to 5 days to receive your package from the day it's shipped. Please see this map for details.
* Exclusions for this guarantee:
- If we need to confirm customer shipping information due to info entered not matching your credit/debit card.
- If we need to contact customer about an order, and customer isn't responding to emails.
- Weekends/nationally observed holidays.
- Acts of God (hurricanes, fire, etc.)
- Custom orders.
*If there happens to be an inventory discrepancy (for example, if 1 cookie cutter is out of stock on your large order), we will email you letting you know right away, ship your partial order within 2 business days, and ship the remaining part of your order when it arrives at no additional charge.
